Apricots
Apricots have a variety of wonderful benefits on the body:

  1. Full of beta-carotene, which helps the heart's health
  2. Good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin C, and potassium
  3. Contains minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and iron
  4. Very high in Vitamin A, which improves and retain eyesight as you age
  5. Reduced risk of cataracts 
  6. It also radically improves skin condition by just eating them or using natural skin oils or lotion with apricot
