Bananas & Raisins


Bananas and raisins are foods that most people eat with their breakfast or other times during the day. Here are some things they both aid: 

  1. They both help give you energy for exercising 
  2. They both aid digestion and relieving constipation, and restore natural bowel function
  3. Treat Edema - eat them both together at every meal for two days, and you will see a significant reduction in edema
  4. Their high source of potassium helps lower heart rate
  5. Combining into a drink or smoothie reduces blood pressure
